Strong Mommy Lemonade
Perfect for Moms and kids too!
What:
- 1 Quart fresh water
- Juice 2 lemons and 1 limes
- 2 Tbsp Strong Mama or Strong Like Ox Tonic or your favorite tonic!
- Ice
How:
- Squeeze and strain lemons and lime into Quart jar
- Add Strong Mama Tonic
- Stir well, add water and ice and stir again.
- Enjoy refresh and feel strong!
Optional: add sprig of mint or fresh berries for flavor and flare
Taste great with mineral water as well!
Morning Iron Infusion
What:
- 1 cup fresh squeezed orange juice or 3-4 oranges
- 1/2 lemon
- 1Tbsp Strong Like Ox
- 1 cup mineral water
How:
- Juice oranges
- Pour into pint glass
- Stir in Strong Like Ox
- Squeeze in lemon
- Top off with mineral water
- Stir, Enjoy, Refresh Get Strong!

What:
- 1 cup warm water
- 1/2 lemon
- 1-2 tsp Balance Brew
How:
- Squeeze and strain lemon into warm water
- Add Balance brew tonic
- Stir, Sip, Glow!
Creamy Dream Nighttime Treat
What:
- 1 cup full fat greek yogourt
- 1 Tbsp Simma’ down
- Sprinkle cinnamon
Optional stir in: 1tsp all fruit berry preserves
How:
- Dollop yogurt in your favorite small bowl
- Swirl in Simma Down
- Sprinkle cinnamon on top
- Relax Unwind Sweet Dreams!
